Meet Your Therapist
Heather moved to Colorado Springs over 10 years ago. Before moving here, she was a collegiate softball player in the state of Texas. After acquiring a sport related back injury in 2013, Heather sought out holistic alternative medical care. The care that she received from her massage therapist left a mark and she knew that she wanted to pursue a career in massage therapy.
Heather received her massage therapy training from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy. She earned her diploma in 2015 along with a certification in Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy. In 2017, Heather received her certification in Sports Massage from the Colorado School of Healing Arts. With her background in athletics, Heather understands the therapeutic needs of today’s athletes. Her education, knowledge, and experience with the treatment of basic athletic injuries aid her in the evaluation and treatment of her clients.
Heather continued her education in 2018 by attending the Klose School and received her certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage learning by way of the Vodder method. She also became certified with RockTape.
Heather is passionate about educating her clients and empowering them to take control of their own health and well-being. She has a mindful, nurturing touch and a relaxed, professional presence that allows her to work well with a variety of clients.
